About this role
As a Content Writer, you'll be a key contributor to the written content and creative vision for our in-house agency team. Develop compelling content for a large portfolio of alco-bev brands in the fast-paced social media newsroom environment. Combine strong creative talent, copywriting, visual trends knowledge, social media dynamics, social listening, and in-culture content creation.
Reporting to the Creative Director or Associate Creative Director, ensure client's brands stand out and resonate with target audiences in the digital landscape. This mid-to-senior level role demands a highly creative and strategic thinker with a solid track record in impactful social media campaigns. Play a vital role in the ever-evolving social media space.
Day-to-day involves contributing to innovative creative strategies across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube. Develop copy for captions, scripts, stories, and social-first articles while leveraging AI-powered tools for efficiency. Collaborate closely with designers, art directors, strategy analysts, and cross-functional teams.
Focus on in-culture content by tapping into trends, memes, hashtags, and cultural moments through engaging narratives. Integrate social listening insights for relevant, resonant content that drives engagement. Monitor performance analytics to optimize copy effectiveness and enhance metrics like reach and conversions.
Work in a collaborative environment upholding brand voice, guidelines, and premium quality for alco-bev portfolio. Present creative concepts to stakeholders while pushing boundaries true to brand values. Stay updated on platform algorithms to maximize written content impact.
Requirements
