Omnicom Health Group is the largest healthcare marketing and communications network, partnering with clients for meaningful change through innovative communications. The SVP, Group Creative Director/Copy ensures all agency work is on strategy and meets the highest creative accomplishment. They act as the EVP, Executive Creative Director’s right hand, stepping in when necessary.
This role contributes to growing clients' business while advocating for Biolumina, identifying and recruiting new talent, and providing leadership within the department. Responsibilities include motivating teams, facilitating great thinking, keeping morale high, and briefing Creative Directors timely on projects. Proactively seek improvements with executable solutions and establish credibility with clients across all levels.
Act as brand steward to maintain integrity and excellence in all materials, providing fresh, unique, strategic thinking for marketing initiatives. Collaborate with copywriters to develop conceptual approaches meeting client objectives and serve as gatekeeper for highest quality creative. Demonstrate ability to present concepts clearly to teams, clients, and prospects.
Keep abreast of current advertising, design, and visual communications, exploring cutting-edge styles. Work effectively in various media with print production knowledge and contribute creatively to new business efforts. Foster collaboration between Client/Agency Creative and Account teams for a collaborative environment.

Requirements
- Ability to act as EVP, Executive Creative Director’s right hand and step in when necessary
- Expertise in ensuring agency work is on strategy and achieves highest creative accomplishment
- Knowledge of clients' business including internal structure, responsibilities, and interactions
- Proficiency in developing conceptual approaches with copywriters to meet client objectives
- Skill in presenting creative concepts and rationale to teams, clients, and prospects
- Experience recruiting new creative talent and providing department leadership and guidance
- Understanding of cutting-edge design styles, imagery, and visual communications trends
- Competence in print production and various media forms for advertising deliverables
