We support various businesses on digital, print, branding, presentation, illustration, web design, and motion design assets. As we grow, we seek a Senior Creative Designer for hands-on projects, mentoring juniors, and innovating workflows.

You will manage and execute design assignments across digital, print, presentation, branding, and web UI. Mentor junior designers to foster creativity and skill growth while collaborating on solutions for multiple industries. Integrate AI tools to enhance efficiency and creative output in daily workflows.

Work in a remote-first company with a fast-paced environment, ensuring designs meet industry standards and brand guidelines. Conduct training sessions to develop team skills and handle evolving project priorities positively. Collaborate closely with internal teams and global clients.

Requirements

Extensive experience more than 5 years in graphic design, branding, or art direction with proven high-level creative projects
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple platforms
Experience mentoring and guiding junior designers with passion for developing creative talent
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered design tools
Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding for compelling layouts and design systems
Strong project management skills to handle multiple creative projects with quality and consistency
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for collaboration with teams and clients
Fluent in English both written and spoken, resilient and adaptable in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
