We're seeking a Senior Creative Lead freelancer—a talented, multidisciplinary creative to ideate, design, and craft clients’ digital narratives. With experience in digital content creation and a strong social/digital portfolio, grow brands through exciting, engaging, and beautiful content.
Craft performance-focused content from ideation to execution, weaving clients’ visual identity, voice, and ethos into groundbreaking pieces that push engagement and metrics. Brainstorm, concept, plan, produce, edit, and write copy within a lean structure to bring ideas to life. Vigilantly monitor the digital sphere for emerging social trends.
Adapt trends to unique brand narratives, ensuring content stays at the forefront of relevance and innovation. Handle detail-oriented post-production with rigorous QA, including video edits, image selection, retouching, and quality checks. Operate in a dynamic environment managing multiple projects on tight schedules.
Excel in both team-based and solo projects, valuing feedback for iterative refinement. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders while mastering production budgets. This freelance role offers opportunities to drive innovation in a forward-thinking creative agency.
Requirements
- 4-5 years creating and producing paid and organic social content with a strong portfolio
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, and Capcut; photo/video camera operations, audio recording, and lighting techniques
- 3+ years planning and running in-studio shoots from setup to lighting
- Holistic grasp of the social media landscape, understanding trends and undercurrents
- Versatility in team-based and solo projects
- Rapid adaptability and proactive problem-solving in dynamic environments
- Excellent communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders
- Production budget management: bid, forecast, track totals, and reconcile budgets

- Freelance rate based on education, experience, and skills level ($22-$95)
- Level 1: $22-$36 for essential capabilities
- Level 2: $36-$51 for developing capabilities
