The VP, Group Creative Director, Copy actively drives creative for a group managing approximately $20MM+ in revenue across multiple brands, audiences, and therapeutic categories. This established leader advances strategic, high-concept campaigns and deliverables in every medium.

Day-to-day involves creating or reviewing creative briefs to ensure a strong blueprint for on-strategy, brand-building work. Collaborate closely with Strategy, AM, and PM to understand client needs and brand objectives. Present compelling, original ideas confidently with strategic rationale and insight.

Lead and inspire a team of Creative professionals while managing talent-to-task staffing profitably. Utilize brand planning to sell in award-winning work and ideate proactive opportunities like “what if” concepts tied to brand KSIs or disease awareness days. Work within the EVERSANA INTOUCH Network of affiliates focused on innovative healthcare solutions.

Requirements

  • Established Creative leader in the advertising industry with extensive experience
  • Proven ability to advance strategic, high-concept creative campaigns in every medium
  • Experience leading launches, label updates, and navigating medical-legal hurdles
  • Expertise in inspiring and managing teams of Creative professionals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting ideas
  • Ability to collaborate across Strategy, Account Management, and Project Management
  • Knowledge of healthcare communications for life sciences and pharmaceutical clients

Responsibilities

  • Drive creative output and business fundamentals for the group across multiple brands and therapeutic categories
  • Create and/or review creative briefs ensuring strong blueprint for on-strategy, brand-building creative
  • Present compelling, original creative ideas confidently with strategic rationale and insight
  • Collaborate closely with Strategy, AM, and PM to manage client needs and advance brand objectives
  • Ideate proactive opportunities considering brand KSIs, disease awareness days, and advocacy groups
  • Utilize brand planning to sell in brand-building, award-winning work for the year ahead
  • Manage talent-to-task staffing appropriately and profitably with AM/PM counterparts
  • Identify organic growth opportunities and improve ways of work
