About this role

We are looking for a Junior Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team. You will work closely with Senior Media Buyers, support paid acquisition campaigns, learn performance marketing processes. Gradually take ownership of traffic sources and campaign optimization.

Daily tasks include uploading creatives into advertising campaigns following team guidelines and preparing standard campaign reports such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA. Organize and maintain creative files, reports, and media plans while keeping Google Sheets and Excel documents accurate and updated. Export reports from advertising platforms and share them with the team.

Support campaign testing and optimization processes in a fast-paced digital environment. Participate in testing marketing hypotheses and advertising creatives across international teams. Enjoy remote or hybrid format with flexible hours.

Requirements

  • Any hands-on experience with advertising platforms
  • Understanding of tracking basics (UTM, GTM, AppsFlyer, pixels)
  • Experience with AI tools such as Claude AI or ChatGPT
  • Basic understanding of marketing funnels: impression → click → conversion
  • Interest in automation and AI-assisted workflows
