About this role

The purpose of this role is to provide strategic recommendations and manage all resources to ensure the Client’s marketing needs are met. Viewed as a trusted advisor, understand and articulate client business insights to contribute ways to move business forward. Lead and monitor day-to-day activities while proactively identifying new opportunities.

Manage the business by delivering the service proposition to clients with full end-to-end management on individual clients. Own client relationships as per the defined relationship strategy. Drive commercial and service ownership to ensure seamless delivery and profitability of accounts.

Manage, motivate, and develop the team around client objectives and culture. Work with other departments to develop and execute strategies that build the client’s business. Foster a collaborative environment focused on client success.

Proactively identify client development opportunities, flagging specific cross-sell and upsell possibilities. Leverage business insights to uncover new growth avenues. Contribute to long-term client business advancement through strategic leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience managing integrated client accounts in advertising agencies
  • Proven ability to serve as trusted advisor on client marketing strategies
  • Track record articulating business insights to drive client growth
  • Leadership in developing and motivating account management teams
  • Skill in identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities for clients
  • Expertise in commercial management and account profitability
  • Collaboration with creative, media, and strategy departments
  • Knowledge of end-to-end service delivery in creative agencies
