About this role

The Facebook Ads Specialist (Media Buyer) manages company Facebook ad campaigns and crafts highly converting ad creatives across the entire campaign cycle.
You will set up, manage, analyze, and scale Facebook campaigns daily, weekly, and monthly to optimize spending for sales growth while hitting strict ROI goals. Drive creation of new ad creatives through your ideas and collaboration with copy and video teams. Continuously ideate, implement, and measure A/B testing for creatives and targeting to boost engagement and conversions.
Monitor and optimize ad performance across all campaigns, including weekends and holidays, responding promptly to fluctuations. Perform tracking, analysis, prepare reports on successes and opportunities, and troubleshoot blockers to scale spend. Work in a creative environment focused on health & wellness brands, staying current on offers, best practices, and competitors.

Requirements
- 3+ years of Facebook Ads campaign management experience with ability to show results
- Experience managing daily budgets of $10K/day minimum
- Experience crafting compelling ad angles that drive conversion on Facebook
- Direct-to-consumer marketing experience preferred
- Proficient at managing multiple projects, organizing, prioritizing, and structuring workload
- Ability to analyze data and provide action plans based on conclusions
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets)
- Familiarity with basic video editing
Responsibilities

- Perform regular tracking and analysis of campaign performance
- Prepare and deliver performance reports identifying successes and opportunities
- Troubleshoot blockers to scale ad spend
- Stay up-to-date on offers, paid social media best practices, and competitive landscape
