We seek a Buyer for a full-time temporary role through June to oversee tactical planning, execution, and reporting of campaigns. Successful candidates utilize media marketplace knowledge to brainstorm new activations and vendors.
A resourceful, organized, and energetic Buyer thrives in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects. They own vendor communications, manage RFPs, and collaborate on media buys, contracts, budgets, and billing. Weekly pacing and performance monitoring ensure smooth campaign launches.

Requirements
- Resourceful, organized, and energetic throughout planning process
- Strong communicator comfortable in fast-paced industry handling multiple projects
- Deep understanding of Digital media trafficking process
- Knowledge of media marketplace and channels including online and offline
- Proficiency with media buying tools such as Freewheel, SBMS/Adazzle, GCM, MOAT/IAS
- Experience performing weekly pacing and monitoring of campaign performance
- Ability to review and gatekeep Assistant’s work
Responsibilities
- Oversee tactical planning, execution, and reporting of campaigns
- Brainstorm and ideate new activations and vendors for media campaigns
- Maintain base-level knowledge of buying for Digital (Banners, Audio, Video), Search, Social, TV, Radio, OOH, Print
- Own vendor communications and develop relationships with clients
- Manage RFP process: develop partner consideration sets, RFPs, and partner conversations
- Collaborate on media buying, vendor contracts, budget management by platform, billing/invoicing
- Utilize media buying tools like Freewheel, SBMS/Adazzle, GCM, MOAT/IAS, Datorama, Tableau
- Apply negotiation principles to ensure discounts and added value
