Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency specializing in 360 campaigns for entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. The Group Creative Director joins the Los Angeles-based Creative Services team to oversee all aspects of creative development and execution across select entertainment clients. This hands-on leader enhances internal management of creative assets and elevates team performance.

Lead creative strategy and design for high priority clients while understanding business challenges to develop strategic solutions. Guide integrated experiential and social entertainment marketing campaigns, overseeing end-to-end processes for RFPs and pitches including deck design and mocks. Provide daily quality control and act as client-facing resource for design issues.

Lead, inspire, and direct a creative team of associate creative directors, art directors, graphic designers, motion designers, and editors. Oversee Creative Directors, offering guidance to conceive and execute best-in-class ideas on brand, strategy, time, and budget. Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams and capability leads.

Deliver thought leadership to strengthen clients’ market distinction, cultivate creative branding and social media strategies, and implement style guides across projects. Promote continual creative improvement, innovation, excellence, and accountability. Demonstrate quick thinking with big-picture vision and long-term plans while rolling up sleeves when necessary.

Requirements

Responsibilities
