About this role

The Creative Director drives creative strategy and concept output for key projects, including brand campaigns, product communications, co-branding collaborations, short video content, key visuals, offline visual experiences, and designs for detail pages and special pages. This role transforms abstract brand concepts into clear creative themes, visual systems, and executable schemes. It ensures high-quality creative delivery across multiple touchpoints.

Day-to-day involves pushing creative processes from initial ideas to final outputs, guaranteeing quality and final presentation impact. Close collaboration with brand, product, and marketing teams accelerates efficient project execution. Management of internal creative teams and external resources maintains overall output standards.

Operate within the User & Service - Market & Communication department, integrating social media, e-commerce content, and offline experiences. Leverage strong aesthetic judgment for brand, visuals, and content unification. Lead full project lifecycles with mature integrated creative capabilities.

Grow by applying 8+ years of creative experience, preferably from brand sides, 4A agencies, creative hot shops, or lifestyle brands. Utilize AI creative tools and new content production methods for innovative outputs. Enhance team management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • 8+ years creative-related experience, preferably brand side, 4A, creative hot shop, or lifestyle brand
  • Mature integrated creative ability to independently lead complete projects
  • Strong aesthetic judgment and unification ability for brand, visual, and content
  • Familiar with social communications, e-commerce content, offline experiences, and multi-touchpoint expressions
  • Excellent proposal, communication, and cross-team collaboration abilities
  • Team management experience to lead teams in project delivery
  • Familiar with AI creative tools and new content production methods

  • Collaborate closely with brand, product, marketing teams to drive efficient project execution
  • Manage internal creative team and external cooperation resources, controlling overall output standards
