160over90 is a full-service cultural marketing agency, part of the Endeavor network including WME and IMG. The Group Creative Director partners with Group Account Director, Strategy Director, and Group Program Manager to oversee creative work, complete contracts, and grow a specific group of clients in the branding division.
Lead, grow, and inspire a team of Creative Directors to deliver the highest caliber of creative work while achieving business goals. As the branding division of a global cultural marketing agency, elevate ideas, each other, and client stories in the hearts and minds of customers.
Every day involves four tasks: Thinking to learn the brand, question, diagnose, solve complex problems with art, logic, and lived experience. Making with unparalleled craft through deconstruction, reconstruction, and serious play for unexpected creative solutions. Motivating by inspiring, coaching, pushing, and mentoring outstanding creatives.

Requirements
- Experience leading creative teams in cultural marketing agencies
- Proven ability to oversee branding division projects from concept to delivery
- Expertise in partnering with account, strategy, and program leadership
- Strong creative vision for experiential, digital, social, and PR work
- Track record inspiring teams to deliver high-caliber branding campaigns
- Cultural insight to connect brands with consumer passions
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving through art and logic
Responsibilities
- Partner with Group Account Director, Strategy Director, and Group Program Manager to oversee creation of work, successful completion of contracts, and growth of specific clients
- Lead, grow, and inspire a team of Creative Directors to deliver highest caliber creative work
- Achieve business goals through exceptional creative output
- Learn the brand, live it, question, diagnose, and solve complex problems using art, logic, and lived experience
- Employ unparalleled craft in deconstruction, reconstruction, and serious play to find unexpected creative solutions
- Inspire, coach, push, and mentor creatives to produce outstanding work
- Elevate ideas, each other, and client stories in customers' hearts and minds
