About this role

The Group Account Director is a senior Account Management partner responsible for senior client relationships for accounts in their groups. They oversee Account Directors, Senior Account Directors, and team members. This role positions them as the most senior agency contact with clients’ businesses.

Own the brand strategy in partnership with Account Directors while owning the Agency’s service offering towards clients. Listen to client needs to deliver creative solutions driving impact. Focus on healthcare stakeholders across the continuum through insight, creativity, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Experience managing senior client relationships in creative agencies
  • Proven leadership overseeing Account Directors and teams
  • Expertise owning brand strategy for client accounts
  • Knowledge of agency service offerings in healthcare
  • Ability to collaborate across advertising, PR, and consulting
  • Understanding of healthcare continuum and stakeholder needs
  • Track record delivering insight-driven creative solutions
