About this role
As Deputy Stream Lead, play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction, operational excellence, and business growth of the stream within Capgemini’s Marketing & Creative Services. Act as second-in-command to the Stream Lead, bridging strategy and execution for seamless delivery. Drive innovation and stakeholder value through new tools and scalable design solutions.
Positioned as a strategic partner to global stakeholders, champion creative excellence and drive transformation. Actively contribute to business expansion, client engagement, and capability building. Focus on stakeholder management, client presentations, innovation, and operational leadership to meet delivery goals.
As a People Manager, lead a team of 5-6 direct reports. Operate with autonomy on tasks as an experienced M&C professional supporting the business. Understand how the role fits into overall Marcom initiatives, general campaigns, and business ties.
Mentor teams to deliver high-impact, insight-led creative work. Organize development for self and junior team members. Evolve the stream as a future-ready, high-performing creative function aligned to business growth.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in design, branding and creative leadership from top agencies, M&Cs
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing global stakeholders
- Strong background in advertising agencies, branding firms, or global in-house creative teams
- Expertise in design thinking, art direction, and brand systems
- Good communication and client presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in big projects and manage workload effectively
- Experience with innovation, automation tools, and emerging design technologies (AI tools, motion, interactive design, etc.)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
