It is hiring a Group Director of Creative Services to lead its North American Creative Services team in Los Angeles. Day-to-day involves managing a full-service in-house team, fostering collaboration and learning. Responsibilities include staffing with right design skills, setting KPIs, and managing performance proactively. They spearhead tools for easy onboarding and capacity management.
Project management covers delegating work, timelines, and budgets efficiently, leveraging freelancers when needed. Close collaboration with marketing ensures alignment and solicits feedback through processes and meetings. This environment supports continuous improvement in creative operations.
Growth opportunities arise from leading high-impact creative in pop culture's new face, with adaptations on Netflix and partnerships like DC Comics. Requirements
- Digital-first creative leader adept at video and animation
- Deep experience developing and managing teams creating compelling campaigns driving measurable business results
- Demonstrable track record leading all aspects of a creative team
- Experience setting creative vision based on business needs
- Proven skills in managing resource allocation and budget
- Expertise consulting on business concepts into high-quality design and aesthetic for brand and IPs
- Ability to establish processes for creative operations and team onboarding
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the VP of Marketing to establish creative direction, guidelines and processes aligned with business goals
- Serve as internal creative expert translating business concepts and briefs into strategic creative concepts for WEBTOON brand
- Stay current with industry trends to elevate brand and drive continuous improvement of creative ideas and processes
- Manage, motivate team and foster collaboration and continuous learning environment
- Ensure team staffed with appropriate design skills and develop solutions for gaps
- Delegate, manage and prioritize projects and resources for timely delivery within budget
- Develop tools to measure team capacity and reallocate work to address constraints
- Collaborate with Marketing leaders to align Creative Services with business needs and solicit feedback
