Responsibilities
- Lead creatives for multiple teams, accounts, and projects simultaneously
- Ensure all creative is strategic, aligning complex ideas with nuanced client objectives and long-term brand health
- Champion big thinking, translating abstract concepts into sophisticated, multi-channel campaigns
- Navigate project challenges, balancing budget constraints and evolving client needs across the portfolio
- Craft and execute complex projects with high-level art and copy direction that resonates at scale
- Direct and mentor Creative Directors and team leaders, fostering professional growth
- Oversee multiple creative teams and accounts, maintaining consistency and excellence
- Cultivate a high-performance culture that attracts and retains top-tier creative talent
