You’ll lead creative across multiple marquee accounts, building earned-first campaigns that live in culture.
You’ll bring bold concepts to life, write with purpose and precision, and push teams to create work that demands attention. Translate insights and strategy into magnetic creative platforms. Write sharp scripts, social content, and integrated campaigns that travel across channels.

Requirements
- 12+ years of creative experience at agencies or environments rooted in earned media
- A portfolio filled with work that sparked conversation and earned attention
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across mediums
- Proven ability to lead multiple accounts and manage competing priorities
- A collaborative spirit, entrepreneurial mindset, and love for great ideas
- Confidence in the room and the ability to present, persuade, and inspire
- A commitment to mentorship, inclusivity, and pushing the work forward
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of earned-first ideas across social, influencer, PR, and experiential
- Translate insights and strategy into magnetic creative platforms
- Write sharp scripts, social content, and integrated campaigns that travel across channels
- Collaborate with strategy, client experience, and media to create breakthrough work
- Shape and present creative ideas with clarity, enthusiasm, and conviction
- Drive new business efforts from brainstorming to crafting the story to pitching in person
- Mentor and motivate a growing team of creatives to deliver their best work
- Stay plugged into culture and bring fresh, relevant thinking to every brief
